In the latter part of 2010, Innovation & Systems undertook an independent evaluation of the contribution of the Safe Staffing /Healthy Workplaces Unit and the Partnership Resource Centre to the 3D initiative on behalf of 20 DHBs and the Department of Labour. Two reports were produced:
