The Corporate Workforce Strategy Group (WSG) is focused on developing workforce strategies to develop and sustain the corporate workforce across the corporate workforces. The corporate area covers a diverse range of professions and represents 25% of the total DHB employed workforce.

The Workforce
The Corporate and Other workforce group are workers spanning the breadth of the Australian New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupation (ANZSCO) which are not elsewhere classified into another Workforce Strategy Group – see Table 17 Occupation Summary below.
The Corporate and Other workforce:

has 25% of the total DHB FTEs, and is the second largest reported workforce group;

is predominantly female - 80% of the DHB employee workforce is female;
-
is the most stable workforce with the second highest average Length of Service of 7.89 years, compared to the sector average of 7.3 years;
-
is a relatively older workforce with an average workforce age of 46.8 years; and
-
has a relatively ethnically reflective workforce demographic of the total DHB sector.
