Management Action Programme

The Management Action Programme is designed for District Health Board, Ministry of Health, and other health sector managers / leaders who wish to enhance and consolidate their performance in their current role.

DHBNZ is offering the Management Action Programme at a cost of $5,000 (plus GST) which includes all fees, accommodation, meals and participant materials (travel costs excluded).

 

Health Systems and Management for Clinicians

The Health Systems and Management for Clinicians programme is for health professionals who have leadership roles in their organisations. They may have a part-time management role or be interested in moving into such a position. HSMC assists participants to deal with the complexity of dual clinician and management responsibilities.
