Management Consortium have a unique track record of delivering long-term results with leadership and management development programmes as a vehicle for organisation and system development, including the Health Services Management Development Unit in New Zealand from 1988-1992 and LAMP since 2002.

The staff for LAMP Programmes have a long and successful track record in leadership and management development. They have worked together over many years, refining design, and delivery of leadership and management programmes. In addition to these activities they are active in a range of other consulting assignments and all work internationally to bring best practice across the public, private and non-profit sectors to LAMP and the New Zealand health sector.
There is two programme staff for each LAMP Programme to provide continuity, flexibility and to build meaningful developmental relationships with participants. Both programme staff work with participants during the coursework contact time.
