Programme participants as part of their project development and completion are required to complete two types of project summary forms. These are completed at two different stages while undertaking a programme.
Project Summary Stage One gives a brief outline of the proposed project.
Project Summary Stage Two is completed six months after the completion/implementation of the project. This summary is completed by the participant and provides a retrospective view of the benefit and outcomes of the project to the participant’s organisation.
To complete a Project Summary form please go to the MEMBERS ONLY section.
