Impact of industrial action on essential services and patients
DHBs have been served with more than 800 notices of industrial action by Medical Radiation Technologists (MRTs) and Laboratory Workers since employment contract negotiations for these workforce groups broke down. Industrial action is having a significant impact on patients and health services, and this is intensifying each week.
