Regional Fees Review Committees

DHBs and PHOs negotiated a new Fees Framework as part of the 2006 Funding Rollout for 45-64 year olds.  The following two documents form the Terms of Reference for the four Regional Fees Review Committees.  They are the contract variation to the PHO Service Agreement and the Fees Review Process Reference Document.
