• Quality through continuous improvement based on evidence and best practice with a patient focus
• Affordability with clear targets and affordable to key stakeholders in the health sector
• Sustainable with a policy direction and framework that is enduring over time
• Collaborative with involvement and co-ordination with the sector, shared objectives and common goals.

Advisory Group

A PHO Performance Management Advisory Group.pdf (40 KB) has been appointed to guide policy development and implementation of the PHO Performance Programme.
The Advisory group provides advice on:

• improving data quality;
• updating and reviewing indicators;
• the development of associated educational materials; and
• the development of target-setting methodologies
