This stakeholder survey was initiated at the request of the Governance Group in April 2010 whereby the PHO Performance Programme was tasked to undertake a survey of customers on all aspects of Programme activity and additional value added opportunities.
This activity also complimented the self evaluation (published in the 2010 Annual Report) of how the Programme believed it measured up against key areas that were defined as relating to the delivery of a successful quality improvement programme. The key areas were:
